Tommy Robinson has been found guilty of contempt of court for doing what the so-called MSM do every day of the week. If it had been a jury trial he might have got justice. The Establishment have got what they want & the MSM will crow about it. A very sad & sinister day. pic.twitter.com/e5x3aUiMlG

By convicting Tommy Robinson for citizen journalism and of asking rapists, literally, “how do you feel about your verdict today”, the UK cannot be called free. It can be called partly free. And that’s good enough for those on the inside.
The forgotten people? They don’t count.

An unbelievable verdict at the Old Bailey. Tommy Robinson found guilty on three counts of contempt of court. Sentencing next Thursday. This is a travesty of justice. A political verdict on trumped up charges. What kind of country are we now living in?

Tommy did not breach a reporting restriction — he did not discuss any details from the trial; he merely spoke what other media were publishing online. How can he be guilty, and the BBC are not?

The judges propose a “provisional” hearing date of July 11. Next week. Coincidentally the same day as the United Kingdom government’s media freedom summit a few miles away. Robinson’s barrister is challenging the date.
